Your Pet's First Visit

Schedule within 1-2 weeks of bringing your pet home

Early veterinary care is crucial for detecting any health issues and establishing a preventive care routine that will keep your pet healthy for life.

Physical Examination

  • Complete nose-to-tail health assessment
  • Heart and lung evaluation
  • Weight and growth monitoring
  • Nutritional assessment

Preventive Screening

  • Parasite screening (fecal exam)
  • Deworming if needed
  • FeLV/FIV testing for kittens
  • Discussion of vaccination schedule

Puppy Vaccines

6-8 weeks
DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)
10-12 weeks
DHPP booster + Bordetella
14-16 weeks
DHPP booster + Rabies
12+ months
Annual boosters + additional vaccines as needed

Kitten Vaccines

6-8 weeks
FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia)
10-12 weeks
FVRCP booster + FeLV (if going outdoors)
14-16 weeks
FVRCP booster + Rabies
12+ months
Annual boosters based on lifestyle

Spay/Neuter Services

Recommended Timing:
